TERMS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING QUALIFIERS:

a) Although you can chose to pay in pesos, or US dollars, the unpaid balance due will be calculated at the US dollar to peso exchange rate at the time of payment. This is necessary because our costs of hosting service, design programs and search engine sponsorships are paid in US dollars.

b) Zip reserves the right to extend or cancel the time limitation.

c) Zip Creations SA de CV reserves the right to cancel any contract and remove any page from our server in the event the client fails to meet the second time payment within 5 days after it's due date.

d) Zip is legally obliged to pay IVA tax's collected at the end of each quarter. Consequently,
the IVA tax must be paid in full at the beginning of the contract and clients failing to meet
the time limits of payments as stated in their contracts will forfeit 100% of the prepaid IVA.
